We started our kit about 8 days ago and wanted you to see how you get started. When the mushrooms are grown, pick the entire cluster off by hand. Using the included spray bottle give the X you just sliced a few pumps of water. Slice using a sharp knife a large X into the plastic bag. Open your box along the perforated line on the front of your kit.
